About Split Banner

Julia began her career in Occupational Therapy working across acute and community settings with NSW Health. In her clinical role, she developed strong experience supporting clients to regain independence in activities of daily living following injury or illness. She has particular expertise in aged care, home modifications, and equipment prescription, enabling clients to safely and confidently function within their environments.

Prior to becoming an Occupational Therapist, Julia worked in Human Resources within the retention and development sector of a global recruitment firm. In this role, she supported employees to build transferable skills and deepen industry knowledge, contributing to improved job satisfaction and long-term retention. This background has strengthened her ability to understand workplace dynamics and the broader factors influencing recovery and return to work outcomes.

Through her combined experience, Julia has developed a strong client-centred approach, ensuring each individual is supported from a holistic perspective. She values working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated and effective care.

Julia has a natural affinity for working with clients experiencing physical injuries. She understands the complex ways injury can impact a person’s capacity to work, independence, and overall wellbeing. Drawing on her clinical background and vocational insight, she supports clients to navigate these challenges, focusing on practical strategies, education, and sustainable recovery outcomes.

With a focus on empowering individuals, Julia is committed to helping each client build confidence, develop insight into their condition, and achieve meaningful progress in their rehabilitation journey.
