Grace joins the Ascent Rehabilitation team in the vital role of Office Manager, where she will be supporting the operational systems and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. 

With experience in insurance claims management, Grace comes ready with knowledge and skills in understanding the complexities involved in funding approvals and reimbursements. She understands the importance of accurate documentation, timely submissions and proactive communication with insurers and stakeholders to reduce delays and ensure a smooth continuity of care wherever possible.  

Grace comes to Ascent appreciating that rehabilitation is a collaborative process, combining clinical expertise and structured administration. 

In addition to this, Grace also holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources which equips her with the knowledge in organisational structure, team performance and professional development.  

Grace is committed to continuous improvement, collaboration and maintaining systems that support clients and our Ascent team.
