Brenton’s career pathway has given him extensive knowledge and clinical experience with geriatrics, paediatrics and NDIS clients. He has recently come across to the team at Ascent Rehabilitation and brings with him over 10 years of clinical experience.
Brenton has a background in physiotherapy, community coaching and is a licensed Mental Health First Aid instructor, which enables him to bring an empathetic, collaborative and goal-oriented focus to all of his clients.
He brings a holistic, person centred approach to injury management, with a deep understanding that physical and mental well being often overlap - requiring both aspects to be comprehensively addressed. With core values in clarity of communication, excellence by choice and the belief in shared accountability, Brenton draws on his skills and experience to motivate his clients in their return to work.
With consulting skills that are grounded in exceptional rapport building, evidence based practice, ongoing professionalism, and addressing any unmet needs and barriers for better outcomes, Brenton works with the mindset of recovery and a quality return to function encompassing both personal and professional livelihoods.
