Biography<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t[vc_column_text animation=”animation bottom-to-top” el_class=”description-text”]Simbar began his career as an Occupational Therapist working at the Harare Centre Hospital in Zimbabwe in 2013. During his position at the Harare Centre Hospital, Simbar gained valuable experience and developed an extensive range of skills that specialised in Orthopaedic Therapy, Paediatric Therapy, Neurology, and Mental Health Intervention. Simbar transitioned his unique clinical knowledge into the world of academia and became a Clinical Educator at the University of Zimbabwe, and specialised in educating about the ins-and-outs of Occupational Therapy and the industry. In 2020, Simbar worked in the Windhoek Central Hospital in Namibia as a Senior Occupational Therapist for the Mental Health Unit.<\/p>\n

In 2022, Simbar relocated from Namibia to Australia to begin his career as a Rehabilitation Consultant with Ascent Rehabilitation. Simbar has progressed in his role as a Rehabilitation Consultant through working with clients who present with a variety of physiological health barriers. Simbar has a passion for working with people with physical health issues through using an application of the theory of occupational practice to support each client in understanding what their pain is, the biological nature of their pain, and how to efficiently support each client in their journey of recovery.<\/p>\n

Simbar possesses vast and extensive knowledge of the Medical industry, which aids him with creative problem solving with people presenting with physiological and psychological injuries, and how to use best practice in supporting people. Simbar incorporates his passion for helping people through developing effective and method-based practices, in order to best support each client in understanding their pain.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″ css=”.vc_custom_1517136863211{padding-right: 20% !important;padding-left: 20% !important;}”][vc_column_text]\n
